Right of withdrawal

As a provider of digital services and products via our online shop TrustbotAI , we grant our customers a voluntary right of withdrawal in the interests of transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Cancellation period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of conclusion of the contract, provided that the product has not yet been individually configured or adjusted.

2. Exclusion of revocation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Services that have already been fully provided
• Individually configured and customized chatbots
• Digital content that has already been unlocked or downloaded

3. Expiry of the revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation. After reviewing your request, you will receive confirmation and—if eligible—a refund within 14 days.

4. Refund

If the cancellation is made on time and in compliance with the conditions, we will refund you the full amount to the original payment method used.
